Webmaster / Marketing - Self-Help International (2004- present)
At the beginning of May 2004 I began two internships at Self-Help International (go to the Self-Help website). For the first internship I successfully restructured and re-vamped the organizations website. For my second internship I researched and implemented marketing tools which improved Self-Help's utilization of the internet. I also provided tech support and provided quality service for daily office needs of the organization.

IT - Information Technology Services (2000- 2003)

On my first year at college I managed to get a job in my field of study at Information Technology Services, better known as ITS, and the college’s only IT and computer support center. Being on the daily support staff for computer diagnostics, network diagnostics, and program installations, I have helped to solve the college’s many network and computer problems.

Bussiness Enterprenual - KoKo-Z Internet Café(1998- 2000)
After high school I managed and set up a family business. After reading some MBA books, and with funding from my family, I was able to start KoKo-Z Internet Café. While managing Koko-Z, I oversaw the acquiring of the lease for the business, business license, employee recruitment, daily running of business and applied my computer diagnostics skills to repair KoKo-Z computers, thus becoming the café’s technician. During this time, I also managed three employees, was in charge of advertising, and of opening and closing the business every day. During my time as a manager I managed to overcome two major problems, namely, unexpected electricity shortages and non-satisfactory service from the country’s Internet service providers.

Computer Assembly & Repair - Micronix Systems LTD (1995-1998)
During high school, I worked every summer for two years part-time at Micronix Systems LTD, which is Tanzania’s major computer repairs and also a licensed distributor of AST, DELL and HP computers. Repairing computers was the major job done after Micronix certified staff had trained me for a year on diagnosing computer problems. I also assembled computers and went to the biggest computer shows such as the All African CoolTech exhibitions representing Micronix Systems.
